Ever wanted to go to yoga class but couldn't find a babysitter? Then this is the class for you. The mommy yoga class is for moms with children under 3. The instruction is geared towards the moms, not the children. The class covers traditional poses and yoga basics. Often moms bring little ones who may be sleeping in their car seat carriers, they may wear babies in a sling, or toddlers just hang out on the mat with mom. Some kiddos do try out a few yoga poses, many like to climb on their mothers, but mostly they tend to watch and take it all in. It’s really a yoga class where you can meet other moms and don’t have to worry about scheduling a sitter. It’s a family friendly environment with other mothers who are supportive and who understand that children aren’t always on their best behavior. Get moving again with a relaxing yoga class.
